This is my favorite place, but it is going downhill and doesn't seem to be being kept up very well.
Camping at Shouse Ford is a great way to get away from everyday life. Nice, clean & peaceful camp ground. We come here 3 times a year each visit lasting 10 days.
Great campground, nice and quiet while we were there in October. Lake was low, but clean. It's a bit of a drive from the main road around the lake to the campground so bring all you need. Had Verizon signal.
One of the best Lakes to visit... it's beautiful, clean, and family friendly...
